Our reports are intended as an informational resource and should not replace independent inspections, professional advice, or legal verification.
Vehicle reports supplied by VHealth must not be interpreted as legal, mechanical, or financial advice.
Customers are encouraged to carry out additional checks and inspections before committing to the purchase of any vehicle.
While our reports are designed to assist decision-making, they should not be relied upon as the sole source of information when making financial or purchasing decisions.
Although we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the data contained within our reports originates from third-party sources.

Reports will be delivered using the email address provided during checkout. VHealth cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

As our reports are digital products that begin processing immediately after payment confirmation, cancellations and refunds may not be available once processing has commenced, except where required under our published refund terms.

Customers agree to contact VHealth directly regarding any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms and could result in recovery action for associated costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHealth shall not be liable for:
