“Service” or “Report” refers to the Vehicle History Check report provided by Vehicle Health.

2. Scope of Services

Vehicle Health provides Vehicle History Check reports for UK vehicles.
Reports are compiled using information from trusted third-party sources, including but not limited to insurance records, finance records, police databases, and government registers.
Our reports are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional inspections or legal verification.

3. Use of Service

The information provided in our reports must not be considered legal, financial, or mechanical advice.
Customers are encouraged to conduct independent checks before purchasing a vehicle.
Our reports are designed to assist you in making informed decisions but should not be your sole basis for financial or purchasing decisions.

4. Accuracy & Limitations of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we rely on third-party data providers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all data will be complete, error-free, or updated in real time.
Some information may be unavailable due to reporting restrictions, delays, or technical limitations.
Vehicle Health accepts no liability for missing, outdated, or incomplete data.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing correct vehicle details (registration number, VIN, etc.) and a valid email address.
Reports will be delivered to the email provided at checkout. Vehicle Health is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

6. Delivery of Reports

Reports are delivered according to the package purchased:

  • Basic Package – within 12 hours

  • Standard Package – within 60 minutes

  • Elite Package – within 30 minutes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances.

7. Refund & Non-Refundable Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY.
All sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued once an order has been placed.
You understand that Vehicle History Reports are digital products that begin processing immediately upon payment.

8. Privacy Policy Agreement

By using our website or placing an order, you also agree to the terms outlined in our PRIVACY POLICY.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information in compliance with UK Data Protection laws (including GDPR).
It is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy before using our services.

9. Payment Method

We accept payments exclusively through Pay by Bank via Stripe. This method allows you to make secure payments directly from your UK bank account using Open Banking technology.

Instructions:

  1. At checkout, select Pay by Bank as your payment option.

  2. You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure gateway where you can select your bank.

  3. Log in to your online banking and authorize the payment.

  4. Once confirmed, your order will automatically begin processing.

All payments must be successfully completed in full before your report is delivered. Transactions will appear on your bank statement under the name “REXFOX TECH LTD” or our authorized payment partner.

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing a report, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
Any attempt to file a chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover costs.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vehicle Health shall not be held liable for:

  • Any financial decisions, damages, or losses made based on the report.

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable third-party data.

  • Delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased report.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Vehicle Health, including text, graphics, reports, logos, and website design, remains the intellectual property of Vehicle Health.
No content may be copied, distributed, or exploited without our prior written consent.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service to any customer who breaches these Terms, attempts fraud, or misuses our platform.

14. Amendments to Terms

Vehicle Health reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
